🌰 Why we started this brave idea

Actually, it’s quite simple.
We were tired of relying on opaque supply chains and large commercial structures, where producers often earn little and the quality for consumers is not always transparent. We wanted something different: fair conditions for producers, transparent origins, and honest products – direct, clear, and without detours.

👶 For our children. For our future.

We want our children to grow up healthy.

With real food – not industrially processed, but made with heart and hands.

That’s why we happily support producers who work with true dedication – but often have little access to trade because high markups are demanded and independent suppliers often have no place.

🌿 Our inspiration: a professor, an idea, a role model

We were impressed by the story of Professor Günter Faltin.

As early as the 1980s, he developed an alternative to traditional distribution channels by importing tea directly from India to Germany.
Highest quality, fair prices. How?

• Fewer middlemen

• No overpriced advertising

• Large packaging instead of lots of waste

Suddenly, excellent tea became accessible to everyone – better and cheaper.

🌰 And that’s exactly how we want to do it with walnuts

We want to show you walnuts like you’ve never seen them before.

Directly from the Kakheti region in Georgia – from people who truly know everything about walnut cultivation.

We were there ourselves.

We saw how the guys protect every harvest – how they shield the trees from storms, how much passion goes into each nut.

And honestly, we were shocked when we compared the quality: the Chandler walnuts, cracked immediately after harvest, are light, milky, tender – completely different from the dark, bitter fragments we often see in organic stores.

Those are usually stored for months, machine-processed, already oxidized – and we pay up to €19 per kilogram, sometimes even more!

🎯 Our plan

Once a year, we want to do something special:

• 4,000 packages of fresh walnuts
  

• Directly after the harvest in November
  

• Vacuum-packed in 750 g bags

• A yearly supply of 4.5 kg or 9 kg for you and your whole family

• Each delivery is carefully tested for residues – for a completely safe and natural product.

No middlemen.
